These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of catering services or goods from Ashford Catering Company Kent Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
We provide catering services, prepared food, and related products for private and corporate clients.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or change prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.
3. Bookings and payments
All orders are confirmed once booking has gone through.
Payments are processed securely via Dojo Payments, via bank transfer or upon delivery/collection.
It is your responsibility to ensure all order and delivery details are accurate before confirming your booking.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Once a booking is made and confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
This includes catering bookings, pre-ordered meals, and event services.
We may, at our discretion, offer a rescheduled service or partial refund in exceptional circumstances.
If you are unsatisfied with the goods received, please contact us at 01233 635332 within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review your concern on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve it promptly, which may include replacement or partial credit.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Allergies and dietary requirements
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order.
While we take great care, our kitchen handles all major allergens and therefore we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
6. Delivery and collection
Delivery times and locations must be agreed in advance.
We are not liable for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect address information, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Quality and presentation
We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality food.
All items should be consumed within the recommended timeframe provided. We cannot accept responsibility for spoilage resulting from improper storage or delay after delivery.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or goods, except as required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, images and branding remain the property of Ashford Catering Company Kent Limited and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
